x.O In gymnastics my smashed my heels against the wall (doing a practice front handspring). The initial shock hurt like crazy, but after a while, it just hurt. I walk around like I'm in imaginary high-heels. My instructor forgot to put a mat against the wall. I couldn't do much, cart-wheels, round-off back hand springs (in the squishy mat), and bars. I skipped the whole entire vault session unable to do much. It still hurts, but not as much though.
